It was quite a long trip getting to the the stadium from down town. As avid collectors of Hard Rock Cafe pins and t-shirts it was worth our while, though. The cafe itself is quite nicely designed. However, it was completely empty when we got there. I suspect it is a lively place on match day though.

I thought the Hard Rock would be busy around lunch time, especially at an attraction like Yankee Stadium, but maybe with the Yankees out of town the crowd was down. We had a nice seat at a table that was underneath the wooden bats that spelled out “New York” in the Yankees script. Of course when you come to a Hard Rock you are coming for the atmosphere and expect Rock & Roll with your burgers. My food was good and everyone else enjoyed their meals too. With a light crowd our server was able to focus on us more and she did a great job.

Came here for lunch with my school's field trip, after touring Yankee Stadium. Lunch was okay. They served us burgers and fries with sodas. We also had ice cream sundaes. It wasn't cheap. We did have a great big table and it made for a memorable experience for my kids.
