“Even when they lose the stadium is great”
Reviewed September 11, 2013

I'm still a little nostalgic for the old stadium but the new one has everything. Right off the train line, it couldn't be more convenient. Plenty of concession stands with all kinds of food and the world's greatest baseball team.

“Beautiful - old time feel stadium”
Reviewed September 11, 2013

Went to Yankee Stadium this past weekend for my boyfriends birthday. They played the Red Sox and got crushed, but overall the game was awesome. The stadium has this old time feel - very rustic and beautiful. My only gripe is the outfield, bleacher seats - with the sun shining brightly down - it's a bit blinding and distracting. The field and seats are beautiful - but the outfield just seems like it doesn't fit in.

Food was good, yet overpriced - from sushi to salad, pizza and the regular fare of burgers and hotdogs. Steer clear of Johnny Rockets fries.. ugh.. they were terrible!

The stadium is easy to get to, we drove from Philly - be prepared to pay about $25 in tolls each way.. I thought $5 bridge tolls were bad in Philly.. try the $13 bridge toll in NY lol.

Sat in sextion 428 grandstand, really nice - great view. Would love to go back to another game in the future!

“Such fun but SO expensive!!!”
Reviewed September 10, 2013

I went and saw the Yankees play the Red Sox. It was a lot of fun. My only issue is things are SO expensive. I mean come on. $5.50 for a hot dog? I can buy 5 packages of those here for that much!! Be sure to check out the museum!

“Yankee game”
Reviewed September 9, 2013

Easy ride on the D Subway; prices are high, but as high as every other sporting event out there now.
Good view from where we sat. Would have been better if they would have won!!

“Red Sox Fan”
Reviewed September 9, 2013

Yankee Stadium is just fabulous!!! Easy to get to and seating was great. Of course, a Red Sox win in 10 innings helped enjoy the evening. Taking the "D" train to and from was easy and only $5. round trip each. Gosh, sure wish Fenway had seating as nice as Yankee Stadium. Fenway looks good on TV, but is cramped!!!
