I was surprised to find this beautiful Oasis in an otherwise sleepy town. The hotel was beautifully upgraded. The fixtures were new and rooms were nice. The bathroom was nicely stocked with everything that you could possibly need.

We always try to stay at Hampton's because of their reputation but this Hampton is above and beyond our expectations. The hotel is beautiful and so CLEAN! The rooms are spacious and well organized and the pool, lobby and other common areas were clean and quiet. The staff is amazing and really take care of each guest. I highly recommended Hampton Inn Brockport... you won't be disappointed!

it was ok.... problems with noise, out of stock items, hot chocolate, decaf tea. problems printing and signing out of emails. Was not seen as a Hilton Honors member. We had just stayed at a Homewood suites, it was much nicer.

Hotel was extremely clean and staff went out of their way to make my experience a pleasant one. Hotel was perfectly located to make doing business on the SUNY Brockport campus a short ride. Also located near all possible amenities.

We stayed in a king bed suite. It was near the pool and fitness center. Still quiet and couldn't hear anything. Most other hotels have paper thin walls. The rooms was beautiful. Super clean. The breakfast and amenities were outstanding. Coffee, hot chocolate and water available all the time for no additional charge. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

If staying on Rochester's west side, there clearly is only one choice. The Hampton in Brockport, New York Offers an outstanding experience from the minute your tired little feet enter. Friendly staff, clean as a whistle, and both times I have stayed there, it has been incredibly quiet. Hampton holds a high standard, but this little jewel on the West Side of town exceeds them! Plus, you are like only 15 minutes from the shore of the great lake Ontario. Want to see a show? One of America's oldest operating cinema's is in Brockport. And you are across the street from Wegmans, America's greatest Grocery store, in case you get the munchies. Make the call. The Hampton in Brockport is the Clear Choice.

If your idea of an outstanding hotel is one that cannot program your keys correctly, enters your room & does what they feel like when you've put the Do Not Disturb sign out & also does not man the front desk during the busiest times (and comes back with sarcastic remarks when you tell them you haven't been able to find someone for several minutes), then this is your place!
