Gave it another try. This time we were seated fast food was fast and ticket number 716777 waitress was great. Then. All of a sudden the owner or manager whatever she is long blond hair started telling the waitress that it is disgusting and dirty and wants it clean making throw up sounds. We left early in a hurry. Too funny my wife just said the redeemed themselves before it happend. If she thinks its dirty what would we think or would we get sick? Never again unfortunate because we are here a lot in bolton

I saw several reviewers give this place a good review for breakfast. While strolling along the main street in Bolton Landing we came upon it and thought we'd give it a try for a quick/inexpensive dinner. Blech. The interior has not been updated since maybe the seventies. It looks like an old tired coffee shop. There were a few other diners in the place and we were seated near a party of about 10 or so. While we were looking at the menu they got their meals and shortly after, the waitress brought the cook out to apologize to one of the diners in the party as something was obviously wrong with their meal. After the cook left, I asked them what was wrong and was told "there was something in the lettuce" on one of their plates. We thought we'd play it safe and we ordered a breakfast sandwich (bacon, egg and cheese on a roll). The eggs were dry and the bacon seemed like it had been cooked long before and just held in a container for use later. Yuck. My 6 yr. old's grilled cheese seemed fine and my 4 yr. old's cheeseburger looked OK. Wouldn't come back here again.

We were seated quickly and the staff was on the ball. The food was pretty good, but nothing special. Good place for a decent and quick breakfast.

aside from the rocking table ( uneven surface apparently) , the food was good and the service was adequate. small overall but cozy and you can sit inside or out.

Thought it would be skeevy because it isn't much to look at. But then the world's nicest waitress, and really wonderful food. Big thick golden waffles, fresh pulpy OJ, and really awesome eggs Florentine. Will be back for sure.
