I saw several reviewers give this place a good review for breakfast. While strolling along the main street in Bolton Landing we came upon it and thought we'd give it a try for a quick/inexpensive dinner. Blech. The interior has not been updated since maybe the seventies. It looks like an old tired coffee shop. There were a few other diners in the place and we were seated near a party of about 10 or so. While we were looking at the menu they got their meals and shortly after, the waitress brought the cook out to apologize to one of the diners in the party as something was obviously wrong with their meal. After the cook left, I asked them what was wrong and was told "there was something in the lettuce" on one of their plates. We thought we'd play it safe and we ordered a breakfast sandwich (bacon, egg and cheese on a roll). The eggs were dry and the bacon seemed like it had been cooked long before and just held in a container for use later. Yuck. My 6 yr. old's grilled cheese seemed fine and my 4 yr. old's cheeseburger looked OK. Wouldn't come back here again.
