We ate here after main tourist season and it was full but not crowded. I started with the crabcake which was excellent (loaded with crabmeat and probably the best tasting one I have eaten although I like the sauce a little spicier) and would definitely get again! My main course was the Salmon which was cooked perfectly and the risotto was superb! My wife had the filet with garlic buttermilk mashed potatoes that she said was excellent as well. Dessert was excellent as well. Service matched the food and our waitress was excellent. Will definitely eat here again and would recommend it. One oversight by us is that it is not on property at the main hotel-we drove but the Sagamore does offer a shuttle service, and you definitely shouldn't let that stop you from eating here-absolutely worth it, and might even be better because of it!
