Great, numerous food options. Great value. Fun to go for a meal or just to sit and have a drink on the beautiful outdoor porch.

Thank Julie E

This restaurant sits at the pier for the only ferry crossing on Lake Chautauqua. There are plenty of docks if you arrive by boat and parking for cars is in the front, right along the lake. The waitresses are pleasant and helpful which only adds to the charm. The food is always great and many nights there are featured specials along with bands and karaoke! And after your meal you can take a short walk along the lake shore up to Bemus Point and enjoy all of the shops and attractions there. This is a great place to have lunch or dinner when in the area, give it a try.

We took a short drive over to Bemis Point while staying in Jamestown and went to the Village Casino for an early dinner. It was a beautiful day so we sat outside. The outdoor seating was great! The food was pretty good too. We were seated right away and the restaurant got very busy during our meal. Service was a little slow but we weren't in any hurry (so no issues there). Our only issue was when my daughter asked for some onion rings for a side instead of the kids' fries. Her meal was served with fries and the waitress eventually caught the mistake. Unfortunately, she brought out a full order of onion rings at the very end of our meal. It wouldn't have been a problem but she charged us for a full order too! We ended up throwing them out and didn't bother to challenge the charges. Beyond that, we had a good meal and a good experience. Overall, A+ for atmosphere, B for food, and probably a C for service. If I ever visit Bemus Point again, I'll probably check out the other restaurants in the area before I go back here.

We came to the Casino on our boat and had boat service while listening to the live music and enjoying the sunset. Vibrant atmosphere and lots of people and families on their boats and sitting on the deck. The food is just good ole food (burgers, drinks etc) but the pizza bread appetizer was INCREDIBLE. Great hangout for a good time.

Listed as the Village Casino. No casino. Great view of the lake though.

Inside the restaurant/casino/gift shop/pizza take away/dock stop? Well engineered cobwebs hanging from beer lights attached directly above and beside patrons. The place has more of insect following than human so I conclude their catch of the day is better. Flies everywhere, cafeteria style tables with high school chairs on a dirty concrete floor ambience.

Please put on the menu how much alcohol needs to be consumed prior to ordering food. Clearly I wasn't drunk enough for watered down 'cold' orange liquid over old chips = not sure what but not nachos. Not edible either.

Better yet - just do everyone a favor and close up early and clean. This is a real pity, the location, the view is prime real estate but it's not not,, I don't know what it's trying to be. They couldn't manage nacho's. I was expecting tin can cheese with chips at a place like this and they managed to screw it up.

This place has so much potential, but its being run into the ground as a frat bar or maybe tourist trap. All I know is it wasn't clean, the food wasn't edible and I don't have particularly high standards. This would be a definite challenge for a Tabitha take over.
