Food and service were lacking at best. Restaurant was freezing, and unfortuneately we were seated near the door which sent in a cold blast of air every time it was opened. When asked to move (even though the restaurant was half empty), we were told there were no available tables. Plum has been advertising for discounted meals on several sites. Having been to the restaurant previously and had a pleasant experience, I was excited to go back. The second we advised we had a discounted coupon, the atmosphere changed. Service was TERRIBLE. Food was mediocre. Steak was so tough you couldn't chew it. Lobster ravioli was hard and cold. Why offer discounts if you treat and serve the customers this way? Don't waste your time. This restaurant is no longer a contender, and there are so many alternatives in the area.
