I love trying new restaurants, and very much enjoyed this one. While touted as a haven for vegans and the health-conscious, the menu prvides something for everyone.

The decor and ambience are warm and comfortable, if the noise level is a tad above that preferred for intimate conversation. The service was friendly and attentive from arrival to departure, even on a busy Saturday night. The wine list is small but adequate for those without a demanding or finicky palate.

The food choices were both interesting and enticing, and there were a number of things I wanted to sample. What I did choose was very tasty and nicely presented. The apple-pear soup was pleasant, and the grilled shrimp on tricolor quinoa was fresh and nicely flavored. The dessert menu provided ample choices for those with room left over.

I would happily return for another stab at the interesting menu.

Having been to Tula's a few times to meet with friends for lunch, I can attest to the friendly, welcoming service, the varied menu and the fair prices. It is quiet enough for an uninterrupted conversation and the $10 lunch menu offers such interesting choices that it is hard to make a decision about what to order. Most recently the Cobb Salad with chicken caught my eye at the top of the menu and it was a delicious choice as was the Mediterranean combo that I had on a previous visit. Sweet Potato Soup was a special on this week's visit and it was wonderful. I was impressed that coffee was served in a French press. I'm also pleased that Tula's is a supporter of the local Seatuck Environmental Association.

This restaurant has a few vegan slections on the menu. Mostly soy/Seitan meats but they do it well. Husband said the regular food was just ok. Nothing special but tasted good. The decor is a little dark. Lunch prices the same as dinner. Were ok with the baby during lunch but the tables were a little small. We will most likely be back.

The food ,service and price is great. You can enjoy a meal and not feel rushed out the door. Not a loud type of place hit chat with friends and enjoy. Have I returned several times with friends

I always love a night out at Tula's, the food is always excellent and the atmosphere and decor is warm and inviting :). You'll love( well at least I do!) the warm pita bread, shrimp, seafood, chicken, and other delicious dishes. The wait staff is very accommodating and friendly, even if you do have to wait for the meal a little long sometimes. It is worth it though! In fact, writing this and remembering Tula's makes me want to go here tonight!
