Visited today, left upset. The ticket prices were outrageous. Way too high!! The park itself caters to small children. I would not go if you're older than 6 years old. We went to the snack bar at 11:00 am, and they were already out of almost everything on the menu. My child wanted pretzel bites, gone! I wanted a hot dog, gone! There was only pizza and one old pretzel offered to us. So, my little one had to eat Dippin' Dots for lunch!
Needless to say, spend a little more money on gas and drive to Splash Lagoon in Pennsylvania. It's a great place and I would go again and again!!

“Great Time!!!!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 7, 2012

We spent the night last night at your hotel and took advantage of your family water park package. Before going I read the reviews and was worried to say the least. We got there early and there was a problem with my reservation, which was quickly fixed by front desk staff. Within 10 minutes we were in our room. The suite was huge, clean and fully functional. The kids had a blast at the water park, and my kids are 10 and older. The life guards were also very friendly and there was one at every station. We had both dinner and breakfast at the Bel Gusto and the food was good and the service was great. I would highly recommend this hotel and the water park. It was very reasonably priced, especially for a working class family just looking to get away with the kids and not spend a ton. Thanks for everything and we will be back in the future.

Check in line- 30 minutes, rooms were disgusting... Food and dirty diaper under bed, life guards hardly did their jobs! Don't waste your time!

Valued Guest,
The waterpark maintains a 84degree minimum temperature for the comfort of the guests getting in and out of the pools. The water in the park is checked a minimum of three times a day for chemicals and clarity to help maintain a clear and safe environment. I do hope that you will come again and enjoy our facility as many others do on a weekly basis.

“Worth the trip for kids under 10”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 17, 2012

We spend the night and used the water park. The hotel rooms are large and decent. The hotel could use a bit of upgrading and TLC. Our bathroom light didn't work, nor did the coffee pot. The restaurant was our worst experience. Food was not great, overpriced, and we wasted an hour of fun waiting for service.

The waterpark is great for for kids 10 and under. It is a bit on the loud and crowded side, and only two big slides. But, our kids really enjoyed it. We all wished there was a separate swimming pool and hot tub. The hot tub was far from hot, and the there is no pool for swimming. The lifeguards were great and didn't tolerate inappropriate behavior. From a safety perspective, it was difficult to see your children as they navigated around the park. This is especially an issue when the kids go up to the slides. They have to exit the pool area and walk out to the entrance, where there is no security. It is an area that could be potentially problematic for young children who are unsupervised. But our kids did well. All in all, a fine experience for our family.
