Not fancy basic country cabin no bells and whistles so bring your necessities. for the price you can't beat it . The surrounding area is beautiful. The town is great if you are looking to relax and see nature this is the place to go. The owners are very nice and know about the area as well.
So if you are looking to enjoy nature and watching your budget. this is where you should go. You even get a fresh breakfast.

Room Tip: Linens room and bathroom clean but remember you are in the country so you might see some little gnat...

If you're looking for a little cottage in the country where you can go to breathe fresh air, spy beautiful scenery and nature's creatures, then All Breeze is just the place for a quick weekend getaway. This is not the place to go if you're used to fancy 5-star joints, but rather All Breeze has a unique charm from all it's imperfections. Really it felt like we were camping out but without all the hassle. This is a no-frills hunters lodge so don't expect much but rather the warm service and amazing breakfast hosted in the owners own kitchen make for a personalized, charming visit.
The beds were clean and comfy and our children were ecstatic to have bunk beds! Note, the cottage has 3 rooms each with its own bathroom but there is a chance you will be sharing the cottage with others. I'd prefer going knowing we either had the whole place to ourselves or stay with family or friends in the other rooms. There is a common Game Room with a mini fridge and microwave. Wifi? Sure if you're patient but you're better off leaving the laptop home!
The things I'd wish for that would make it better would be if it weren't so close to the roadway. I'd worry if my kids were younger or had a runner dog. It also would have been nice to have seen the forgotten pool in its heyday. Although my son just wanted to sneak in to hunt for bullfrogs. And really that's what All Breeze is perfect for, we saw frogs, a garter snake, a field mouse, hawks, hummingbirds, turkey, deer and woke each morning to a rooster's crow!
As for the owners, you don't get much nicer than Paul and Sue. Their hospitality was so gracious and Paul was so kind to let my kids pick from his gardens. If you're thinking of going its best to make reservations the old fashioned way--pick up the phone!
We'd love to go back, enjoy s campfire and then plan for river rafting at the very nearby Delaware River. Overall we had a great time, especially for the value, and made many happy family memories during our short stay.

So, if you've read my profile, you know that I'm thrifty and that, as a family, we don't need to have 5 star service to be happy. We live in NYC, and we love to go camping, but sometimes we just feel too tired at the end of the week to pack our backpacks and food for three days and so on. So, we have been looking for inexpensive alternatives that allow us to get out of the city to hiking areas. This place fit the bill. Not only are the hosts very friendly, but they have 30 acres and a pond where we could wander around, and they are near a number of parks where we went hiking, including a park over in Pennsylvania with waterfalls and paths along the Delaware River.

The cost of our stay was a reasonable $60 per night for the three of us which included breakfast in our hosts kitchen every morning. We stayed in their 'guest house' which was right next door. The room was comfortable - again, no frills. The bed was noisy because it had one of those plastic covers on it underneath the sheets. There was a recreation area across the hall with a foosball table, TV and VCR for watching movies, a fridge and coffee maker and a microwave. Be aware that all of the outlets in the building have inputs only for plugs without a ground, so you'll need an adaptor. There is WiFi, but it's spotty. However, we didn't come for the WiFi so it didn't bother us.

They close for the season at the beginning of December and reopen in May. This is mostly a place for hunters, folks coming to music festivals at the original Woodstock concert site, and folks like us who just want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is quiet out there, apart from the occasional car that passed. (They drive fast out there, so watch yourself and, if you have kids, make sure they don't try to cross the road without you!) We heard deer at night, saw tons of birds, went for a paddle in a rowboat on their little pond and saw some frogs. So, we enjoyed it. The hosts will provide you with all kinds of information about decent hikes as well as art galleries to visit and farmers markets in the area. At a distance of only two hours from the city, it's a great way to get away for the weekend on short notice.
