We're on the flight now after staying 3 days on our way to Chobe and I don't honestly know how we will top the experience we've just had with Jon, Paula, Greg and the crew at Kadizora Camp.
From the welcome song by the female staff of the camp and cool cloths after a ride in the land cruiser to the personal introductions and smiles from every staff member, I've never experienced better service anywhere in the world!
Constant smiles and friendly greetings throughout the entire stay were a welcome change to our previous experiences in Africa where I felt we were an interruption to their day.
Our 'tent' with balcony was luxuriously appointed with a king size bed, 5 star hotel quality sheets and towels and furniture to store our clothes.
The separate bathroom and toilet boasted a claw foot bath, scented toiletries and a shower with a view!
Free wifi is available in the common areas - bar, sitting room, dining room and open fire pit area and although not full strength, it's certainly adequate for sending and receiving emails and posting on social media sites.
The drinks and food were all included (as are laundry facilities) and freshly served, hot, fresh and delicious!
Our safari guide, KT is a wealth of information and went above and beyond to safely get us to a leopard that he had just heard had made a kill as this is a rare sight. There are only ever 2 vehicles out at any one time searching for wildlife and the drivers are in constant communication to share information. To see the variety of animals on our first day out was both good luck and good management and KT we commend you
The highlight of the stay for us was the multiple visits to camp by Franklin, the bull elephant searching out the fruit of the Marula tree of which the camp is built around. To see a fully grown wild animal not more than 3 metres away is an experience never to be forgotten (there are strict rules in place to protect all staff and guests and we felt safe and protected at all times).
Rather than go on and on, if you're still deciding whether to visit or not, don't hesitate, it's worth every penny!
