We stayed here for 2 nights. I had foot problems and could not go on the safari walk. Instead, our guide, Mofatt took us fishing. We had a wonderful time. Between the 3 of us we came back with about 14 fish. Cooked up some of them for dinner and had enough to share with the other guests. Nothing like fishing in hippo and crocodile infested waters!
The staff interaction was terrific. Their singing traditional songs was a unique cultural experience. Very relaxed setting. Highly recommended. Additionally, we did the mokoro trip in the marsh and the boat tour. The food was quite good.
