Arrival by boat heightens the initial impact of any camp, and Selinda is no exception. Then, to be met on the steps to the camp by such a warm and smiling team, waving and welcoming us in to this beautiful haven, made it such a visceral, emotional moment. Like coming home.
From beginning to end, the team, the camp, the setting, the wildlife - everything was completely wonderful. Lizzy is a fabulous woman and a phenomenal manager who leads a team of beautiful, like-minded souls who make it their mission to make you feel welcome and comfortable. Loved it!

My husband and I visited Selinda last week on our second trip to Southern Africa for safari. Our guide was Stanley and he was amazing. We absolutely loved our experience with him, he was knowledgeable, informative, hilarious, and made every moment interesting, exciting, or informative. We saw so much wildlife with Stanley, and also learned so much about Botswana, the delta, animals, plants, it was just spectacular. We loved the camp all around - thought the rooms were beautiful, the main area also super nice, and truly enjoyed each staff member we connected with. We loved the entire experience, have been to 6 different properties in Southern Africa and this is by far our favorite.

Our family had a fantastic time at Selinda. Ten of us ranging from 7 to 75 had the time of our lives. Our guides were great with all ages. The kitchen accommodated our kids wishes and ours, and even let the kids make pizza in the kitchen one night.

We were delighted with our Selinda experience. Our guide, OB, was outstanding, and the entire staff was very friendly and efficient and accommodating!! Game sightings were abundant and our boating excursions were great fun. Our tent was commodious & well appointed, and our meals were delicious and the wine was quite nice! We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Selinda!!!

The staff went above and beyond to take care of our every need. Our guide Stanley was funny, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable, he offered to take us out for a full day game drive instead of returning to camp in the middle of the day and he even served us lunch "in the bush" under a tree and allowed. Our last day in camp was my mum's birthday and the staff drew her a bubble bath the night before upon our return from game drive and sang her "Happy Birthday" at sunrise along with a champagne brunch. It was absolutely an amazing experience. We didn't want to leave.

Room tip: We were in room #3 and the clawfoot tub and outdoor/indoor shower were brilliant. The room was comfortable and well appointed.
