I went for coffee and cake and really enjoy it. The staff were friendly and quick. You have a beautifull view over the sea and rocks. Very relaxing.

A great spot for coffee and a bite to eat, especially as a stop off while on the cliff walk. Check the hours to avoid disappointment.

One of the best views in the area and a lovely alternative approach to decor. Limited menu and average food. We felt more like intruders. Yes, we arrived without a reservation after calls and emails were unanswered. Right through our meal there was enough space around us, but the maitre'd made us feel like intruders, promised to go and check if a table is available, but never returned. Eventually one of the waiters took our order and served us food at one of the two empty tables on the balcony. The lady cleaning tables put crockery, salt and paper shakers, etc. down within an inch of breaking it and clearly wanted to be somewhere else. Our own waiter (who served us "illegaly" i suppose) was very friendly. The food was average.

We traveled along side the beach and came to Coffee on the Rocks. As we sat and enjoyed our drinks we watched the whales on the coast. Was amazing. Friendly staff and great home made food

The rain held off and we sat outside on the balcony watching the whales just in front of the restaurant. Fabulous location. Only had sandwiches and coffee which were delicious, but looking around at other tables everyone seemed to be enjoying their lunch - lots of empty plates!! Would recommend
