Very good value! The kids loved the slopes. They were a little narrow for my liking and the bunny slope is steep. But you can't beat the fact that even on Spring Break there was hardly no lift lines.

Sipapu is a nice little ski area with short lift lines. It is a short walk from the parking lot to the lift. it is easy to keep track of people in your group/kids. It is a great place to sharpen beginner to intermediate ski skills. I ski bike and this resort is very ski bike friendly. On this trip the weather was on the warm side and the snow was a little icy; however considering the weather the snow conditions the snow conditions very good.

PLEASE do yourself a favor and rent all your equipment elsewhere! We were in line for 1.5 hrs. After we did FINALLY get our skis and boots the skiing was great! Perfect for kids! Loved everything except the equipment service

We were pointed to Sipapu by some friends who told us they'd been taking their daughter for years. Our daughter is elementary age so we took our trusted friend's advice. Loved it. Paid for private lessons (cheap and worth it) By the third day, she was zooming down the slopes, no fear and all fun. No lines. Easy skiing. A great wide open kids area, even has a magic-carpet for bunny slope.
It snowed every day, big time. Nice powder. We stayed in one of their rustic cabins. Small but okay for a small family. Drove into Taos every day and had supper. Great time. Will go back.
