We stayed in the Sunflower Casita and are ready to call it home next time we are in T or C. The outdoor tub was awsome for the family and we had plenty of room for the 4 of us. Everyone was great and very accomodating.

Room Tip: Consider the Sunflower Casita with the outdoor tum the ultimate in privacy

I recommend for a nice weekend rest and to have a family time. Hot spring soaking tub is located inside your room. Water seems to be good for your skin. More than that it is very very relaxing. Managers are very friendly. Also common front yard is great.

Spent a wonderful, rejuvenating time at the Fire Water Lodge. Quaint, clean, great location and wonderful communal area. Had an incredible massage by Roger x2. The private mineral bath in room was awesome. Richard was a wonderful host. Kelly and Mark the night managers were so wonderful and helpful.

Had a great time exploring the city and all the great restaurants.

Room Tip: I stayed in the Cactus Room. Had a great bath, separate shower. Great for couples who need a room fo...

Our second stay at the Firewater, in the Palms room. Nice room with a large tiled soaking tub, the hot springs water in TorC does not have a mineral or sulfur smell. This place is a little funky, hey the whole town is all around funky, but very friendly and affordable. I would recommend the Firewater to travelers to the area and we will stay here again.

The Fire Water is a fun place to stay, in a perfect part of town. The deli right next door was great, and the location allows you to walk to many places, like good restaurants, shops, a great historical museum, and the Rio Grand. Stayed in the Eucalyptus room, which had a great private patio and outdoor tub! The water is excellent, and taking an evening soak while looking up a the trees and stars was so relaxing. The other rooms looked very nice too. Liked the large central courtyard. Look forward to returning.

I've been to a lot of hot springs, and the waters at Fire Water Lodge are some of the best I've ever had the pleasure of submerging myself in. You feel absolutely fabulous after! I stayed in Eucalyptus Room which has the outdoor bath and was glad I did. I loved being outside looking at the stars.

As others have mentioned, this is an older historic building and you will feel you stepped back into the 60s. That's part of the charm. But this is not your upscale froufrou spa.

This is a great spot, with friendly staff and beautiful rooms. I highly recommend it as a place to stay to enjoy some relaxation and a launching off point to explore the area.

The rooms are all themed, based on a flower (we had the Sunflower Casita). The rooms themselves are gorgeous. A lot of care has been put into the whole place, from the tiled floor to the art on the walls.

The kids and I had a blast. It's definitely worth stopping here.
