The place has a real pretentious vibe about it, and we had an unfortunate experience with the place. We stayed there twice over a period of 3-4 days. Both times we had no hot water in the shower in the morning. I let it go the first time, but when it happened a few days later on our second stay I decided to let them know about it. Mind you, I was not looking to get some kind of compensation or something, but figure with as much pretense as they put into the place they would like to know that their water heaters were not working. Incredibly enough, I was told by the manager and the owner that it was impossible for us to not have had hot water because they had on demand water heating. Really, you are going to tell me I didn't have the experience I'm telling you about? We left vowing never to go back. When we got back home they had sent us an e-mail saying that sure enough one of their guests had run out the hot water and the heater had to be "reset". They told us if we come back and pay for another night ($100-130) they would give us a free coupon for their public hot spring tub. Why would we want that when we could stay in our room and hot tub it? Maybe I'm just being picky, but I won't go back for the same kind of treatment again. They blew it.
