The staff and owner go to great lengths to create an amazing, rejuvenating experience. The grounds are absolutely beautiful. From the whisper policy to the soft music while watching the river pass by relaxation is built in. The staff is always professional and jump at the chance to go out of their way to ensure a great experience. Come at sunset to watch the sun light up turtleback mountain and then see Riverbend transform into a magical night time experience with soft strategic lighting, it's a totally different experience. Private pools are a "next level" experience and our favorite pools were Rio and Apache. Will be back every chance we get. Definitely worth going out of your way to experience. Thank me later.

Room tip: If you can get the Casita, it has it's own private hot bath. A courtyard suite to be in the perfect spot.

Such an amazing experience. The whole place is really organized. There’s a place for you to change. You can shower that way you can go clean into the water. Once you get into the location where the tabs or you are able to whisper with your friends but you need to keep it quiet. The scenery is gorgeous. They have signs throughout that detail the temperature of the water.

It was a cool stop for me on a road trip through New Mexico. I left relaxed

What a pleasant experience. Can't wait to return. The pools are hot, clean and no sulfur smell. The ducks floating on the river are so close you can see the color of their eyes. The rooms are quaint, clean and comfortable.

Comfortable room, all day access to the common areas and the numerous warm soaking pools and friendly, competent staff. The pools are right on the Rio Grande, which provides great scenery and quiet surroundings. We'll be back.

If you're into hot springs, this one is a must. Multiple pools of different temps, beautiful scenery along the water, with really nice decor and ambience. Rooms were clean, nice, comfy, and I thought the place was great value. We preferred this place to Ojo Caliente. Lots to do in the area too, eg white sands Park isn't too far.
