Other than the nice front desk clerk, named Louise, this place was the pits! Dirty carpeting, hard mattresses, old, tattered blankets and curtains, and a dusty film on everything! The breakfast was disgusting - overwarmed dried out pancakes (crusty) - and nasty eggs. Plus, the internet never worked for me on any of our devices. The hot tub was out of service. The pool didn't have clean towels available....had to walk down a long airconditioned hallway from the pool to ask for them at the front desk. Plus the towels were scratchy and only big enough for a 5 year old to wrap up in. The stairs in the Barela building are tripping hazards, and the door was hard to latch. Don't stay here!
