“Best guided trip ever!!”
Reviewed July 4, 2013

Our guide Stewart was knowledgeable and friendly. Our two kids loved the llamas! We ate mountain rose petals along the way, went into an old miners cave and had a wonderful gluten free lunch to accommodate our food allergies. We would do this again in a heartbeat!

“Simply amazing . A must do!!!”
Reviewed June 23, 2013 via mobile

For sure one of the highlights of our NM trip. Stuart our guide and owner of the Co was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, warm, friendly and we felt in good hands in the wilderness with him. You will fall in love with the llamas. They are sweet, fluffy and carry your belongings from beginning to end. We would do it again but this time we would choose one of the overnight longer excursions!!!

“Great All-Around Experience”
Reviewed June 19, 2013

My wife and I took the llama hike into the mountains of Questa, NM, north of Taos, and it was spectacular all the way around. We were most impressed by Stuart's ability to adjust to his company; he paces himself according to you, takes a great interest in having good conversations with you during the hike, and is willing to change more or less anything you need to make your hike as good as it can be. We're easy, but he was extremely interested in appealing to our personal interests. The scenery was beautiful, especially the open meadows that we came across, and the weather was perfect. Lunch was fantastic, especially as compared to your usual "camping" style meal; much of it was homemade. And obviously the llamas are a blast. We took Diego, Raja, and K2, and they were all a trip to have around. They have their own rather interesting personalities, and you get a real sense for them on the trail.

“The best experience of Taos!”
Reviewed June 17, 2013

Stuart the guide is a gentleman and a scholar. My boyfriend, sister and I had such a great day with Stuart and his llamas. We learned a lot, had a great adventure, and we left feeling like we made great friends with each of our llamas and also with Stuart. The surroundings are magical, the lunch was very thoughtfully prepared and delicious, the pace was manageable (i'm not particularly sporty), and it was all in all a perfect day. HIGHLY recommended! There were kids on our hike and Stuart was able to keep a wide age range of people entertained, challenged and informed

“Llama Trek - Experience of a Lifetime on 5/23/13”
Reviewed June 1, 2013

Thank you so much for a fabulous experience.
Everything was perfect in every way.
Rio is a dear and I know he will enjoy many more years of treking with you and your guests.
It truly doesn't get better than having your shoulder rubbed by such a sweet treking partner.

Stuart, your work in preserving the wilderness is very heartwarming. Thank you for doing that for us and all the generations to come.

Many blessings to you.
N and J
