“Great Atmosphere & Good food”
Reviewed June 8, 2013 via mobile

It's not your typical restaurant. Walk in, order, pay, your given a number, and then choose your seat. I recommend the patio. The scenery is beautiful. I loved the atmosphere. There is a huge variety of seafood plates. My daughter had the grilled shrimp on rice with beans. She said the shrimp was excellent. I had the chile relleno. It wad good but not the best. I'm not sure about chili rellenos stuffed with veggies but I ate the entire meal! My husband has steak asada. He said it was okay. Perhaps we are just spoiled with our delicious TexMex meals from our home town. I had a margarita (it was okay, skimpy on tequila) my husband had a beer, and we ordered chips & hot sauce. The total came out to $60 including a tip.

“Kind of Real and Really Fast”
Reviewed May 17, 2013

There are two 'Guads' and both are in good locations with easy parking. Both get your food on the table or To Go in less than 5 minutes. No it's not totally from scratch, but it's way above average and that is REALLY Fast. The Fish Tacos and ALL the seafood is better than you'd expect in a land-locked and rural area. LOCAL TIP: Something about their super sweet salsa really goes with their beans and rice. ASK for it! I like the 1/2 orders as they usually are enough. Try the 1/2 order pork taco plate with salsa instead of the taco sauce. YUM.

The decor is nicer southside, but the bathrooms are way down the back hallway. The service is friendlier on the Northside and it's just feels more 'Local' somehow. Try to go when the Mariachi band is playing. The food is about the same but Northside has a lunch special that's a deal. I highly recommend both 'Guads' for quick but still worth a sit down affordable meals.

“Good value and quick meal”
Reviewed May 7, 2013

You place your order at the counter, and it is delivered to your table. The menu is Mexican/Southwestern. I had ceviche piled high on two tostadas with a serving of guacamole for $8.50. Good place to stop for a quick meal.

“Truly Mexican and delicious!”
Reviewed April 21, 2013

There are 2 locations of Guadalajara grill and both are great. The tacos are prepared as they do in Mexico.... The carnitas and roasted jalapenos are great, as is the ceviche, and array of Mexican dishes. The restaurants don't look like much from the outside, but don't let that worry you. It's worth a visit if you want a taste of Mexico.
