Loved walking to Michael's & enjoyed much of the scenery while having breakfast. We got traditional Southwest choices - huevos rancheros & an omelet. The coffee & breakfast were fine. We visited the bakery, got a cream puff (original recipe from 50 or 60 years ago) & it was out of sight! Do yourself a favor & splurge on the calories for the cream puff. Tastes great & really pretty, too!

We were staying across the street at the Worldmark so we walked over to Michael's for breakfast. Fast service, nice variety on the menu, our waitress made helpful suggestions about modifications for the kids in our party, and the green chilli on my meal was very well done (not the overcooked mush that sometimes sneaks on to breakfast plates.) We all received way more food than we could eat and it was a great start for our day on the slopes of Angel Fire.

The food was OK as was the service - we were served by a nice girl but also a surly young man. Note there is no liquor licence.

This place is ok. The bakery goods look the best. The lunch was mediocre.
The hamburger I ordered was awful.. Best to order mexican food here. It is a busy
place, because of location. I am sure there are many, many better places to eat
than here in Taos. Prices a little high -- taking atvantage of tourists !
Would be better if prices were 25 % lower. Lots of quantity in the dishes but lacking
quality.

Our group of 12 ate breakfast for both days at Michael's while visiting Taos. We were seated quickly and the service both days was really attentive and responsive. The food was top notch and they accommodated special requests. Everyone in our party loved every bite!
