The staff is so very nice and the meals hardy and inexpensive. Tasty, but the green chile sauce is more like green chile gravy. To each his own. Nice place overall.

Easy to walk to Great Noodles food cart located in the John Dunn Shops district, half a block off Taos Plaza. Worth finding a parking place in the back lot if you're not on foot. Local foodie/entrepreneur Marshall combines fresh ingredients for 5-6 dishes daily prepared instantly with multiple levels of 'heat' for each dish. Don't be afraid to ask 'how hot is hot?'

Its a food cart on the plaza. Chicken Jalapeno Spring Roll very tasty and only $7. you can't go wrong here. Everything on the menu looks good but the spring rolls are so good I haven't tried anything else.

Located in the John Dunn shops, the "noodle cart" is a convenient lunch stop. It's a toss up whether I like the Red Curry Rice noodles or the chicken spring rolls best! Easy outdoor seating or take it to go!
