This was one of the best meals I've had in a while. The salad with pomegranate seeds, pecans, local honey and warm goat cheese was delicious, trout was perfectly cooked, the quinoa-piñon fritter amazing... and the apple cake dessert with vanilla ice cream was a perfect ending to the meal. The service was excellent. We would definitely go out of our way to return. Not to be missed if you are in the Taos area.
