This is a delightful restaurant in a pretty and unusual setting (an abandoned chapel) We had a fabulous meal – fresh, local and really well-cooked food. My warm spinach salad was wonderfully appetising and looked beautiful. We ate in the evening when candle-light made for an intimate atmosphere. Service was terrific, too. If we’d had longer in Taos, we would certainly have returned to eat again.

This is a great little spot set in an old adobe church. The tamales were delicious but the chicken tacos were so-so. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was lovely!

We dropped by The Love Apple after we were elected to leave El Meze after an almost 30 minute wait past our reservation to be seated. We were despondent after the experience and hungry but the staff quickly accommodated us and were seated shortly thereafter. The staff was friendly and attentive, the food superb and the atmosphere warm and inviting. We had an excellent time and will definitely be back. Clearly our favorite restaurant in Taos.
