My husband was not too sure on the name, but agreed to go. What a wonderful night! Great food, service, and atmosphere.

Wonderful little place. The interior is interesting. The building use to be an old church. Warning-they only take cash or check. A bit odd but I can't blame a small business trying to avoid the stupid credit card fees. We started with the venison sausage which had a nice little kick to it. I had ribeye over apple mushroom risotto. The steak was good but the risotto was way over cooked. My friend ordered the pork enchilada which the waiter recommended a fried egg on top. Great recommendation. It was to die for. The homemade guacamole was one of the best I've ever had. Dessert was a panna cotta and three homemade ice cream ( maple syrup bacon; butterscotch pecan and salted caramel). All were so good!

I LOVE Love Apple! We dined at half a dozen restaurants in the area and this was by far my favorite dining experience. The food is fresh, inventive, delicious, honest and delightful. Everything about The Love Apple is well thought out. Order whatever sounds good to you - you can not go wrong at this wonderful restaurant! Reservations recommended, as they are often fully booked. And for goodness sake, don't skip dessert...every bite is bliss!

Yes, it's number one. There are many reasons why that is the case. The room is charming and decorated high chic New Mexico. The staff is friendly and knows the business..then there is the food. It's a very interesting menu and the preparations are at the same time delicious and novel. Keep it up. I can not imagine a better restaurant in the State.

This old church building makes for an unusual restaurant. The menu is quite limited, but everything we tried was really good. Service could be more informed and prompt, but this is Taos afterall.
