The excellently located park had a great playground landscaped with squishy, tiny, ground up tire material appreciated by this mom. It was like walking on bouncy sand. There was a single chair-like swing made to accommodate children in a wheelchair. The modern play ground had several slides and swings. My kids had a blast! The park also consisted of multiple trails around the baseball fields, historic cemetery (you could bypass if you didn't want to enter), stage/park. There were many people making use of the trails. Also there was a Tai Chi class was being held in the park. TIP: Take water.
