This RV park is in a good location, not right in the middle of town but close enough to be convenient. The park is quiet and well maintained. The bathrooms were very clean. The internet was adequate, not the fastest but it worked.

Very nice, says it all !! staff, was super, very informative and knowable of the local area. Location was very good, close to many restaurants but quiet.
Restrooms were clean and maintained very well. Couldn't ask for more.

If internet is important to you, pick another place. It was spotty and that's annoying when you're checking email or searching for a restaurant, but it's infuriating for watching a streaming movie or even a 9 minute youtube video. The sites are very specific and bordered by landscaping, so your table is YOUR table without doubt. I liked that, though, because it can get crowded. The other campers seemed like good neighbors and everyone took their dogs on their walks dutifully picking up any droppings. I liked that, too. Facilities are adequate, but, not delightful. Power went out one day and it was promptly tended to by the maintenance person. We had full hookup and camped for 4 nights. I don't want to camp to make new friends who drop in for cocktails, so I liked this place where folks are friendly, but not too pushy and they tend to their own business and let you read or send texts or whatever you want to do to unwind. The location is great since it's far enough from town to not get that daily clog of slow traffic on the 2 lane road, but closer to good restaurants and a great Albertsons if you need to replenish supplies. The staff remain mostly invisible unless you need them. I like that, too.

Room Tip: We were very close to the office, but the internet was not good, so it appears that's not import...

This was a great place to camp and very close to town. Driving into town, it was very convenient and a good location. We rented a car from Enterprise which is very close. The location and park itself is very nice. I read several reviews and through the reviews not impressed at all. I must say, they had high expectations because we would stay here again. Clean, friendly and very nice. Some people expect way too much.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Laundry and showers were clean and worked as advertised. Our site had a view of the mountains and lots of morning sun, which was important since the low was 19F during our stay. Easy to find but quiet with restaurants and hardware store within walking distance. Short drive to downtown.

Greedy, not willing to negotiate, no refunds-no matter what, not the type of people who appreciate your business, laundry facility is only "amenity", and it's limping along. Long term stay. Charged highest of rates published even when not there full time. Girls in office really just place holders, not interested in keeping clients happy.

We stayed here for the entire summer till our house was ready - then switched to storage (without having to move) till we could move the RV to ABQ. The staff were sooooo accommodating and friendly. My dogs really liked the extensive walking park with plenty of handy trash receptacles all around. The place is very clean and extensively planted (remembering that this is the high desert). Great views of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains. We have a 40' 50 amp rig and can't always find plug in storage service available.

Room Tip: Didn't stay in cabins or use kids' activities
