Just the hear the story about Millicent Rogers, who she is, where she came from, where she lived, her loves, her children, her history with Vogue and high fashion and then to end up in Taos, New Mexico (where she died and is buried) is an amazing story. This museum captures all these things and more. I highly recommend it. If you are interested in native American jewelry, her collection on view at the museum is breathtaking.

Fun and good learning experience. Lots of rare art pieces, interesting stories about M Rogers and about Taos. Nice but pricey gift shop.

We took our 3 children ages 10.8 and 7 here and we all enjoyed our tour. The MRM is small and well organized. The collection of jewelry and pottery was great. The MRM is right outside of town with plenty of parking and a very nice gift shop. The admission for our family of 5 was reasonable.

The MRM is in an eccentric adobe house with marvelous collections of Pueblan pottery and jewelry. Currently there is an exhibit of Maria Martinez' pottery and genealogy, which may be part of the permanent collection. Well worth the visit.

The collection is precious. We especially liked the hammered tin items. Photos, jewelry, rugs, all worth the visit.
