“Food is fantastic but the Green Chilies are the star.”
Reviewed July 10, 2013

We have had the pleasure of eating at Tina's Café several times. She is famous for her use of green chilies in her dishes. Her Green Chili Chicken Enchiladas are to die for and so is her Green Chili Apple Pie. Peaches are in season right now and she added a few green chilies to her peach pie, served it with a big scoop of vanilla ice cream and it was heaven. You can get her delicious Eggs Benedict with the traditional hollandaise but believe me, her green chili cream sauce over those eggs were the best I have had. We split a delicious cinnamon roll to start our breakfast and as the saying goes, eat dessert first, which we did. Parking can be a problem but the food is definitely worth the hassle.

“Pet Friendly PETIO dining at Tina's Cafe. Travelin' Jack says YUP PUP”
Reviewed July 9, 2013

Travelin' Jack, roving bulldog reporter and I were hungry after a day of shopping in Ruidoso. We stumbled across Tina's Cafe on Sudderth Drive and notice the patio. After asking, we were informed that the patio was indeed pet friendly, so we settled in for a nice relaxing lunch in the shade. TAsty food, great option of shady seating areas and very friendly service. They even brought Jack a bowl of water. Food was tasty. We got the Green Chile Cheeseburger platter and it was good. Tin'as Lavender Lemonade is a tasty thirstquencher....highly recommend it as the beverage of choice on a warm day. Prices are reasonable and very attentive service. Everyone on the staff...including Tina...came by to visit Jack. We will definitely go back to Tina's Cafe on our next trip to Ruidoso!

“Terrific food, outstanding service, great place for outdoor lunch!”
Reviewed June 22, 2013 via mobile

We went to lunch at Tina's for the first time and were very pleased with everything. I had the green chili tamale and it was very good. It wasn't really like a tamale I'd get in El Paso. It was way better. The others had pulled pork tacos and a green chili cheese burger. Everyone liked what they ordered but the ones who had tacos said they would try the red or green tamales next time. Also, the server was very helpful and extremely pleasant!

“Great little place to eat”
Reviewed May 1, 2013

If you are looking for a relaxed great place to eat... this is the place to stop. Food is fresh and tasty. Savory puff pastry is a MUST! Light delicate pastry with savory filling, I chose the shrimp and my partner had the pulled pork... I honestly can't say which was better. The atmosphere is relaxed and Tina is super friendly. Stop in and try anything on the menu... you will be happy. Bring cash... they don't take cards.
