During September holidays we went for 2 nights. iT was beyond expectation, the atmosphere(like out of africa), the qualitiy of food, the rooms, the service. After the game drive we came to the room: the bath was filled, candles around it and a sherry... The staff was highly professional, esp. our ranger; Jono. But the best was the game viewing, we saw a leopard playing with a hyana, lions eating their kill- a buffalo, wild dogs and lots more. It was so great, that we will go back soon. Highly recommended.

Fabulous game-drives, wonderful welcome at Lodge and would not stay anywhere else in Sabi Sands. Ticks all boxes. Big five generally present somewhere - sometimes right at the Lodge's watering holes - many many more mammals and birds to spot. Home from home if you like great service and hospitality, and wonderful relaxation that you'll just never get on a beach!!

Savanna is an amazing place - it is totally addictive and that is down to:
- the amazing game viewing
- the care that all the people take to make sure each trip is as wonderful as the last
- the beautiful rooms
- great food

Nothing is too much trouble and the knowledge and expertise of all the people who work there is second to none.

We have been to two other lodges in South Africa and four in Tanzania - none were as good as Savanna, that's why we now stick with what we know is the best!!
