“excellent research area”
Reviewed August 4, 2013

This museum had a huge amount of research materials on the crash at Roswell. I could spend all day reading and analyzing all the materials.

“Very interesting”
Reviewed August 4, 2013

It's made up mostly of placards to read, but the wealth of information is other-worldly (pun intended). There are plenty of photos to accompany the placards and old newspaper articles too. They also show a handful of videos throughout the day. We saw the one on crop circles which was very cool. The entrance fee is minimal, and you can come and go as you please all day. There is a research library and gift/souvenir shop onsite, although the research library was closed when we went. The area around the museum has plenty of touristy, alien-themed shops to stroll through afterwards as well as other non-alien-themed shops/boutiques too. Many of them are closed on Sunday though, so make plans accordingly.

“So So Attraction”
Reviewed August 4, 2013

The museum was somewhat fun to walk through although the alien exhibits were not really constructed that well and were a bit cheesy. Some of the articles and other readings that hung on the walls were interesting and told the story pretty well of the events that took place there in the 40's. Most of them were blown up news paper clippings, copies of court documents etc. It really wasn't what I expected; I'm glad it only cost $5 to go through as it wasn't worth any more than that.

First time visitors that aren't really sure of the Roswell story may want to stop and take a look. If you read up before going and know about the events already, I would probably save my money.

“Out of this world!”
Reviewed August 3, 2013

Ok, so, if you're passing through Roswell, you have to stop here! Why not? You're in Roswell! The museum is so random. It was well put together. They displayed articles from back in the notorious year...1947, when the whole alien ship thing went down. No matter what you believe, this museum is fun. It has some great photo opportunities and some random artifacts and displays. The gift shop that is connected to the museum is a little overpriced, so walk down the street to the other gift shops for better deals. They also don't allow photos in the gift shop area. It's only like $5 to get in, so check it out and have fun!

“Not fun for any age....”
Reviewed August 2, 2013

Any child under the age of 13 should be FREE- not one of my kids found any of the "exhibits" entertaining. Old newspaper clippings mounted on the walls, old questionable copies of copied photos, seen it before alien artwork. I couldn't even read anything even if I wanted too because of having to entertain my kids and rush as quickly as I could out the door before they disturbed other patrons. But what i did read wasn't anything the average non-obsessed alien joe would know.... I expected more- at least i can say "I've been there".
