“Do you really believe ?”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 8, 2013

Could it be true? An original cassette Walkman in duty? Oh yeah, an original Walkman as a tour help trough the small museum. We loved it! The service was extremely nice, we were allowed to mark our site at the earthmap and the tour could start.
Roswell is different, if it was as all other towns, the aliens could crash someplace else, but they choose Roswell. Even if you didn't believe as you started the tour, you will at least think about the possibility that it really happened after it. The exhibition is full of facts, comments of witnesses of the time period, documents. It's not much into fun, but that's ok, this is a serious incident! At the entrance you receive a mark, so you can leave the museum and come back as often as you like all day long. That's cool. They close at 5pm, but you shouldn't arrive later than at 4pm. The photo studio (you can take funny pictures for extra money), closes at 4 pm.

“Hey, you're in Roswell, right? Go on in.”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 7, 2013

This 'Museum' is something you probably should do if in Roswell. The newspaper clippings were very interesting at first then it got a little redundant. The ET displays were more popular for my group as we are not UFO enthusiasts as much as just looking out for unique places for vacation fun. I’m thinking the conspiracy theorists should really enjoy the written descriptions of close encounters and the numerous articles on government cover-ups. Most everyone else seemed to glance through the articles while looking ahead to the next alien prop.

“My husband believes!!!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 7, 2013

We stopped here because I thought my spouse should be able to check this off his bucket list. It was fun. He had seen most all the display and news articles on TV, but still it was a fun time. The museum is gracious about the use of personal cameras, so now we have his photo standing in front of the little men (not so green as it happens) and their space ship. He will be getting an enlarged and framed copy for his birthday later this month. Bought a new mouse pad and stuck our entrance stickers on it. What a good deal!!!

“Could be better”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 7, 2013

After hearing so much about this place, i was disappointed. Displays look dated, and needs better upkeep. I realize they will never get any type of government help like other museums, but it does need a little sprucing up. It certainly looked better on TV. We spent quite a bit on knick knacks in the gift shop though.

“Good profile of the Roswell incident but don't expect smithsonian decor”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 5, 2013

Living in NM, this museum was on my bucket list. If nothing else, this is a education on residents in the pesos valley in the 1940s. Profiles the controversy of the UFO vs weather balloon incident. Lots of reading but also lots of pictures and a video that included crop circles.
