Rooms were clean, everything was set where it should go. Also my daughter and her friend had a blast at the pool which was also clean. Also breakfast was good. Lots of selections and they close kitchen at 9:30 not at 9 like other places do.

Room Tip: Always call ahead before arriving just to check that everything is ok.

We didn't plan our stay at the Comfort Inn, but we definitely will on our next trip. After a rough start to our vacation (involving car problems and an unscheduled 2 day stop in a west Texas town), we reached Rio Rancho late at night with no idea where to stay. The desk clerk was friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The next morning we all enjoyed the hotel breakfast, and even though Craig the clerk was preparing food, attending to guests and cleaning the breakfast room alone, he still managed to be kind when our son had an accident with the waffle maker. After breakfast he opened the pool and hot tub room early for us so the kids could have some fun before check-out. Although our stay was short, I would definitely recommend the Rio Rancho Quality Inn.

Small, friendly, clean motel easily accessible to highways. Northwest of Albuquerque, but easy to get to all the attractions of the city and nearby towns by car, many in 20 minutes or less. Room had all the necessary amenities - comfortable bed, microwave, mini refrigerator, decent bathroom, safe, ample closet and dresser space, desk, lounge chair, and tv with many channels. Excellent full breakfast included with the price of the hotel, and very friendly front desk staff. The price was very reasonable, and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Room Tip: This property has 2 floors, but there's no elevator to the 2nd floor - must walk up the central...

As a small business owner, I'm not a hotel snob and Comfort Inn is usually great for the travel budget and a nice stay. This one however, is a real "enter at your own risk." Tv not working, room phone not working, no hot warter one morning, etc. the place itself is shabby and seriuosly in need of upkeep. One nice front desk person and the rest either surly or had no idea how their hotel functioned. Even for a decent price....never again!

This hotel location was perfect for where I needed to be. It was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I like Comfort Inn because I feel like I can always count on these to be true. This particular hotel has no elevator but the steps to the upstairs were inside and wide. We stayed on the ground floor and it was quiet. I definitely recommend this hotel for friends, family, or traveling alone.

My friend and I both felt comfortable going downstairs to the breakfast in our lounging clothes. The food was simple, plentiful, and tasty. We had coffee in our room and the staff gave us extra packets for no charge (expected, but still nice).

We didn't get to the indoor pool or spa but will plan on it next time.

Room Tip: Stay ground level if stairs are a problem for you. No elevator.

We stayed here because of weather conditions. It was extremely cold and snowy. Husband checked in while I waited in the car. Said room was on 2nd floor, no elevator, and steps to it were outside. Was he serious?? Steps were snowy and icy, handrail was covered in snow. I asked why he didn't get a 1st floor room, didn't because it cost more. Seriously? I checked out the next morning and asked the desk clerk why they didn't have an elevator. He stated the hotel was built in 1996 and Rio Rancho code did not require an elevator for a 2 story hotel. I asked him about ADA requirements and he said all disability rooms were on the 1st floor. That may be, but they charge more for them! I have MS and do NOT need a disabled room, but I also do not want to climb steps, outside or inside, which we found later. The room was average. Had to have a password and id to access the internet. Breakfast was better than most.

Stayed at this hotel for a softball tournament. the staff was extremely pleasnat and cooperative. The rooms were clean and well taken care of. The continental breakfast was also well stocked. It was approx. 1 mile from where I was playing so the location was great. There is an Applebees and dions within walking distance approx. 200 yards. An Albertsons across the street and other fast food places all within walking distance. I would recommend this hotel when staying in the area.

Room Tip: I got a room on the 1st floor just for convenince. but, i heard zero complaints from teammates and o...
