They are back open for the season, Thursday-Sunday. Their special this past Saturday night was salmon salad. To my surprise it was not like tuna salad but rather exactly the type of salmon with salad one would receive at a place like Vinaigrette in Santa Fe. It was awesome. All the greens (except the olives) were fresh and it was presented as a sampler to achieve sensory amazingness from tart to sweet, savory to spicy, crunchy to soft. Snow peas on one side and spicy peanut pasta on the other, tart raspberries mixed with sweet blackberries, sliced avocado with sparkling cucumber. The best meal I've had at La Risa.
