Description: Mountain Treasures has a huge menu of wonderful homemade soups, made-to-order deli sandwiches (like ruebens, chicken-fried steak sandwiches and muffalettas)on fresh, "housemade" baked breads. The delightful smell of Kolaches, cinnamon rolls, turnovers, and cookies flow through the whole place and you may find them hard to turn down! Entrees include fried chicken with fries & Texas toast as well as catfish with hush puppies & fries. Our coffee shop serves steaming cappuccinos, lattes, and fresh house coffee as well as fresh-fruit smoothies. We've proudly served visitors and locals for 12 years on Main Street right in the middle of town across from the Community House.

Just tried this place out this year cause I heard they had coffee and free wifi.
I then discovered they had great coffee and amazing food.
Their menu is huge and with normal prices. Their bacon turkey Swiss samdwhich lasted me for two meals.(trouble decker sandwich with bacon falling out)
Great for the hungry skier

Great breakfast, lunch and amazing hospitality. Also, they were always a great source of information. The daughter of the owners helped us find a safe ride for our mom into TAOS when we had a family emergency.

Found this place on our trip last winter and knew I had to go back for the home made hot chocolate. Had great soup in bread bowl and discovered their chocolate chip cookies! Awesome and I am not a chocolate chip cookie fan. Definitely a place to stop in and check out the menu.
