This motel is dishonest. We stayed in this motel and they charged us $85.00 in long distance which they assured us was free when we checked in. I am not crazy to pay a hotel for long distance when I have many different less expensive ways to cover my long distance. When I called the girl at the front desk to ask how to dial out to use our calling card she told us not to worry about it because all of the long distace is free. So we went ahead and made a few calls to Canada that evening. When we checked out the next day at the counter they gave us a print out itemizing the charges and there was nothing on there for long distance. Two days later they charged our card for $85.00. I strongly feel that they took advantage of us as they new that we were from Canada and were travelling back north. When I called them back they basically called me a liar and that the girl at the front desk told me that the free calls were only within the U.S. SHE DID NO SUCH THING! There were two of us with several ways to pay for our long distance for pennies per call. I have never in my life made a long distace call from a hotel room and paid the hotel for it. Why would I ever choose that option and besides that, for $85.00!! Unbelievable. They were rude obstinant and told me to take it up with MasterCard.

This hotel while not a 4 star was very clean and the staff was very accomodating. Breakfast in the morning was quite well stocked and our rooms were nice and big! I would definitely stay again.
