Toward the end of our first week ever in Taos we stumbled upon the Trading Post Cafe. It may not look like much from the outside, but once inside, the local ambiance reverberates off the walls decorated with colorful quilts. The food was truly wonderful... so good, in fact, that we returned for lunch the next day. The staff couldn't have been more pleasant and professional. It's a charming spot and was one of our best meals in Taos.
