Staying here tonight. A bit above standard Comfort Inn. Friendly people and good parking. Town is small and not much choice in restaurants - but we found Shorty's had very good and inexpensive fried chicken (also BBQ, etc.) - and great people. About 4 blocks W or hotel)

Hotel walls are a bit thin, but after 9pm, very little noise. Clean room and decent bathroom.

Overall, an easy stop off the Interstate (about 1 block from Exit).

Coffee in rooms with free WiFi.

Overall, a good place to make a stop, but if you want a real restaurant, eat before getting here.

they allowed one of the guests to set up a portable dog pen and they had 13 dogs that barked continuously. DO NOT STAY THERE!!!!!!

This hotel must have been recently renovated. The room was VERY nicely done. The staff was more than helpful. A VERY nice surprise. I will definitely stay there when I am in Moriarty again!

Due to an accident that held up traffic in Albuquerque for a couple hours, we were too exhausted to continue on to Santa Rosa, so we stopped here for the night. We travel with pets & usually stay at La Quinta for that reason, so we were pleasantly surprised to learn that this Comfort Inn accepts pets with no extra fees or charges.

Our room was kind of cramped, but clean, comfortable & quiet. They serve a very good breakfast , and best of all, their toaster actually worked! (Take a hint, La Quinta) We would definitely stay here again.

We chose this hotel because it was rated #1 on TripAdvisor. If this hotel is rated #1 in Moriarty, I'd hate to see the other ones! We usually stay in Santa Rosa, but decided to get another hour behind us in our annual trip to Arizona for the winter. Mistake!! The room was small and the hallway had an odd 'popcorny' type smell. Had to try the keys numerous times in the door each time we went in and out before we could get one to work. Parking on the one side of the hotel is poorly lit and it was recommended we use a different side to park. Continental breakfast was 'ok' but they were already out of orange juice when we went down about 7 am. Nothing close by as far as food is concerned. I'd definitely 'pass' on this town if looking for a place to stay overnight.

My wife and I paid 5 hours in advance by credit card for a king size bed at ground level. We arrived as snow was hitting the ground. The place was sold out because of the storm and our room was given to somebody else putting us in a room with 2 regular size beds instead of king size bed. The bathroom was filthy with pubic hair all over the tub. I didn't want to take a shower in that. The vending machines were broken and restaurants were too far away to walk. Breakfast was good and had a friendly person working there. At check out, the manager tried to not take responsibility for their mistake and suggest that we must of booked at a different Comfort Inn. However, my wife had wrote down the name of person and reservation cofirmation number for their motel. The manager said come back and we will get a special rate next time.
We will not come back. I am tired of people in positions of authority blaming others for their mistakes. I would recommend new management, and new maid service.

I chose this hotel based on previous reviews and was not disappointed. I didn't mind the hour drive up to the mountain for some fun in the snow. Clean rooms and friendly staff. The kids (young to young teens) really liked the pool. I'm glad we had the suite with two bathrooms beause it was cold after getting out of the pool. The only complaint is that we had the very first suite on the bottom floor and you could hear ALL the noise from the hall and stairs... at 6 in the morning! I would stay here again and would recommend this hotel to anyone, but go for a second floor room or one in the back!
