We stay in Lordsburg from time to time for my husband's work, we travel a lot, & when we are here we eat at the Triple J Cafe everyday! The food is the best in town hands down!

“A worthwhile stop in Lordsburg”
Reviewed March 13, 2014

I have learned that my opinion is not always final, particularly when it comes to Mexican Food. But this place has been confirmed as a “keeper” by my wife who is a Mexican food authority.
We made our first visit here recently and now we are wondering why we drove by without stopping so many times in the past. Who knew there is treasure hidden here in plain sight in Lordsburg? Nothing big, nothing fancy, just good authentic Mexican food.

“Basic Mexican done VERY well!”
Reviewed January 9, 2014

We read the TripAdvisor rating and asked about Triple J at the hotel desk. We were well advised. This homey spot is great. The chips and salsa were yummy. The salsa is so good that we bought a pint to take home. The menu is pretty typical of a good local Mexican spot, but just very very well prepared. Great service, too. Don't miss this one.

“Undiscovered Gem and worth the stop !”
Reviewed January 7, 2014 via mobile

After a long road trip between Phoenix and Las Cruces, we were hungry for dinner and stopped in Lordsburg. We were very happy to find this restaurant on trip advisor, and agreed with all the excellent reviews so far. We know Mexican food from living in Las Cruces, and this food did not disappoint us at all and thought it was all very well done and tasty! It was superclean and had a very pleasant environment and the owner was absolutely fabulous!

“Time-slip restaurant”
Reviewed December 27, 2013

In a mostly abandoned strip town - like a neutron bomb hit in the '50's - an old-fashioned cafe with good food and decent service. The opposite of fancy, this place will appeal, as you head on down the highway, largely for what it isn't - not a chain, etc.
