“Only good hotel in town”
Reviewed September 4, 2012

Friendly and helpful staff. Just off I-25 on the south end of town. Clean room and a good breakfast, good internet and a nice office area for use. A very typical HI with everything you expect from them. The town of Las Vegas is small and there is not much to do there.

Room Tip: Pick a King Suite, more room for the $$.

we orignaly booked and stayed at the best western. one night and we checked out. thepeople were very nice but the pool was a swamp. so went to the holiday got a suite, the nicest people ever. room was clean, except 2nd floor. i expect a suite next to the front door or by the pool. the pool was clean perfect temp had a great time. theres no outside to lay in the sun axses,we made do and drug our chairs out on the gravle. no biscutes and gravy for breakfast but there was plenty other goodies. i would recomend this be your only stop in las vegas.

Room Tip: we always get a suite, for the few dollard more it's always worth it.

Extremely friendly staff. Rooms were quiet and clean. We had a great time in the indoor pool and hot tub. We enjoyed the pancake, eggs & sausage for breakfast. Our family will definitely be staying at this holiday inn anytime we are in las Vegas, NM.

Just off the I25 at the South of the town, looks like it's pretty new and loads of parking. Rooms were huge (we had a suite) and was everything we expected from a holiday inn. Breakfast was good, with a great selection of hot and cold items. Overall a great place to stay in the quiet town of Las Vegas NM.

Easy in & out if you are traveling up and down I-25 in northen New Mexico. Staff was extremely courteous, facilities were very clean, free wifi, parking was ample.

Complimentary breakfast the next day was really great - lots of options for everyone.

The property isn't the nicest places I've ever stayed, but it did the trick - it was very clean & safe. Would stay over again if I needed to.

I stay at this hotel twice a year as I migrate between MN and AZ. I've never had a complaint to make about it. I've always found the staff friendly and helpful; the rooms clean and quiet. In addition, this is a pet-friendly motel with a nice big vacant lot in front of it in which to air your pet.

As for the review from the lady who lost her jewelry, all I can say is: who is foolish enough these days to leave anything of value in a hotel room? Times are changing, and not for the better. If you have something of value, lock it in the glove compartment of your car overnight, or ask if the hotel has a safe for you to use.

First off remember where you're staying and what you're paying. My room was.....a room to stay in. The smoke alarm was chirping so I got a new battery from the front desk and installed it. Problem solved. My shower curtain rod looked like it was going to fall off the wall but never did. Not my curtain, not my wall, therefore I didn't care. The hot tub and pool were nice. The breakfast was good. The cleaning crew did a great job picking up after my messy kids. And Kay, the manager, super nice and a super great gal. If you have a problem, she'll take care of it.
