We grandparents took our daughter and her two the second trip after going by ourselves to check it out the first time. Parents, with or without kids, get an outdoor date night in the woods with table covered with nice tablecloths and service by the staff. Dinner is located in the prayer garden. The garden itself is a wonderful quiet place for reading, meditation, and prayer.

For the adventure minded, there is a fine, five stage zip line (not sure it’s open for the 2018 season — check with the camp to see). Guaranteed you’ll find it a blast.

If we hadn’t planned an East Coast trip this summer, we would go back for sure with our teen age granddaughter. She would come back with a whole list of new good buddies.

We found it good to go right after school is out. The days are cooler and the afternoons are not so subject to thunderstorms.

Room Tip: The hotel is not the only rooming choice. Talk the options over with the staff.

What an unbelievable experience. The camp staff are incredible. They are so engaged with the families. When does your teenager ever tell you he had the greatest time off his life. The activities are perfect for our 11 and 16 year old boys. It has been the best family experience ever.

Been to Glorieta twice - once during the Summer for Family Camp and then last week for a Snow Ski trip. Awesome facilities, awesome food, awesome staff, awesome worship - can't ask for more! Our family will definitely be back.

I can't be any more thrilled with this peace of heaven on earth! Not only do my children have an adventure filled day, but they also eat a nice big lunch, chicken fried steak one day, and they are encouraged to embrace the word of God and to sing and dance at the end of the day! Their outdoor activities are so much fun, I was even jealous to leave them there. I wanted to stay and play. I am very thankful that there is such an amazing day camp for children here in Santa Fe.

Between the food, the wonderful staff, the amazing choice of recreational options, the beauty and the spiritual encouragement, this is a wonderful place to go. The only negative is that some of the facilities are tired and need some TLC. I'd return in a heartbeat.
