The breakfast was excellent--hot and tasty. Cecilia and Ramona were attentive, keeping fresh, hot eggs, potatoes and fresh fruit available, and were clearly dedicated to ensuring guests left happy and rejuvenated. And Cecelia's green chili was fantastic! Even by New Mexico standards, it was great.
We experienced a few maintenance problems, but the front desk staff was quick to resolve them. A broken flush-handle inside the toilet tank, when we arrived, prompted a room change, and the parking lot-side door refused to open with the guest room key. Again, the door problem was quickly addressed and resolved.
Overall, the hotel and staff met Hilton's high standards for excellent value that have kept me coming back to Hampton Inns for years--coast-to-coast.More
