Of hundreds of motels over the years, this is the most run-down motel I've ever stayed in. It looks okay on the outside, and I don't mind old HOWEVER I know see why some of the older motels get torn down. On the plus side the internet was strong, and person at the counter friendly. Otherwise it was a terrible experience. The room had holes in the floors, holes in the walls, lots of electrical wires hanging out. The sound was so bad on the old television that you could only watch two channels. There were no bed bugs, but there were cockroaches in the room. The bathroom had rust and mold everywhere. It didn't matter that the room did not have supplies such as glasses, and an ice bucket, as the ice machine did not work anyway. Towels were thin and had been worn out years ago. The tile in the bathroom was broken into so many pieces that it posed safety hazards. The rate on the outside sign looked good, but was outdated, and not honored. The amount charged was still reasonable, if the room had been cleaner and better maintained.
