When i was in elementary school doug and greg used to provide students with a slice for 1$ my first job was there, i delivered in bernallio, and though I live by unm, i drive to corrales to eat pizza. the 6$ lunch buffet is the best deal around, and the vegetarian options are top notch. worth the trip, and if your in corrales your only robbing yourself if you dont try it.

Village Pizza is very good (thick crust) pizza with plenty of variety, including green chiles and hatch chiles, very good green chiles stew, and a variety of craft beers.

This is the place I always make a point of going to when I am in New Mexico. The staff is great. Pizza, salad bar, green chile soup, and bread sticks. Very yummy and a great deal for you money.

We stopped in at Village Pizza for a late Saturday lunch - we all ordered the buffet lunch which includes various pizzas, salads and soft drinks for about $10 each.
We are originally from the Chicago area so we know pizza - Village Pizza's crust was one of the best we have ever tasted. Plus the variety of pizzas available at the buffet was unbelievable.
We were concerned that we had arrived only 20 minutes before the official end of the lunch buffet - the cook said not to worry, it was crowded and he would continue to serve until all were gone. True to his word, he brought out 4 more pizzas just before 2:30PM; we were the last patrons out the door at just before 3PM. I consumed almost 6 pieces myself.
Note that during the lunch buffet there is no wait staff available; if you do not want the buffet, you need to place your order at the counter.

Best pizza around, and just an all-around nice place to eat, especially when you can dine on the patio. Servers all seem to be young and energetic, and they do their best to make sure you're well taken care of. They even have thin crust and gluten-free pizza along with beer & wine. Interesting note: Apparently they've had quite a number of employees who've gotten together while working there and ended up getting married - something like a dozen or so at last count...
