This is the 4th ( and last) time that I've stayed at this hotel and nothing has changed. this time I opted for a Suite which is nothing more than adjoining rooms with a parlor in between. The parlor had an awful, dirty odor. The windows & light fixtures were filthy. If you moved the dirty drapes there was an inch of filth built up along the wall on the carpet. What qualifies as a kitchen by Hilton standards was deplorable. The microwave is old & filthy as is the dorm sized refrigerator. The cabinets are busted & empty with some sort of droppings in the corners. If you close any of the doors in the rooms you'll find an assortment of objects ie: hair pins, paper clips etc. pushed into the corners where the vacuum didn't reach. The carpeting was filthy & stained, most of the lamps didn't work. I had to take light bulbs from one to put into another by my bed. The bathroom had hair left on the shower wall. For a Hilton " Suite " no toothpaste or mouthwash in bathrooms ? ? ? Bathrobes etc. After all it IS a " Suite " The elevators were filthy with outdated entertainment information in their posters. Over all I would NEVER stay there again, this is not sour grapes, but I would suggest someone in corporate stay in those rooms & evaluate them. I doubt they would say much different.

Check-in was a breeze! Greeted by friendly and professional staff. No one ever made me feel rushed or obsolete. EVERY SINGLE STAFF MEMBER: greeted me with a hello, goodbye, can I help you?

Our room felt like it took some time to walk to because it was on the first floor, but we didn't mind. It felt more secluded that way. We were very close to the Spa and Gym which looked nice, but we didn't use either one (this visit). The room was CLEAN...no, not clean...spotless! The bathroom was very clean. I would only recommend that the hotel install another hook or towel rack for towels to dry. Housekeeping was very gracious. Room service was fast. We ate at Saffron in the hotel...great service/great breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

It was myself, my husband and my 2yr old....we felt right at home visiting our family in Bergenfield (easy commute!).

I regret not having time to explore the hotel grounds!

Except for them closing the indoor pool during a thunder storm - odd reasons stemming from the lightening risk to outdoor pipes that feed the pool (WHY NOT COVER THEM OVER WITH TURF??) - this was just great as a fit for purpose business hotel.

There is very little to do though and you are quite a way out of NYC, so not a location for tourists.

The photos do the rooms justice...but if you could only hear all the noise surrounding you while you tried to sleep you wouldn't stay here. Unfortunately this problem has overshadowed anything else worth saying about the hotel. The doors AND walls are in terrible need of insulation. We could hear evey single door opening and slamming shut all night long. Add to that: hearing the people in the halls all night/early morning + the guests in the rooms on both sides of ours, people knocking on doors of rooms on both sides, the water running in the walls from the bathrooms next door, the other ambient noise from the other side of the wall behind our headboard (sounds of someone typing on a laptop perhaps?). It just never stopped. It's the worst night of sleep we've ever had at a hotel. Our room seemed like it was a mile away from he elevator....the place is huge. We were hoping for a nice relaxing getaway while at a friends wedding but instead we were exhausted from not being able to sleep here.

Doors really need to be insulated - late night partiers woke me at 2:30am and again at 4:30am. The AC unit does not have a constant fan setting and shuts on and off- both of which ultimately required me to put in ear plugs.

We recently stayed over one night on our long drive over to Maryland. The staff at this Hilton was amazing from beginning to end! In particular the bellman Charles was very friendly and even helped us load up our car (better then we initially had) with all our stuff. My daughter enjoyed the indoor pool and the grounds were indeed beautiful and very well maintained. Next time we are in the area we will surely stay there again.

We stayed here as a splurge on the last day of a long motorcycle tour. The hotel is well equipped in every way, the staff polite and accommodating, and the prices at happy hour can't be beat. We don't usually stay at Hiltons, but this was definitely worth it.
