In all my travels to Asia this is the worse travel agent I have used, initially the customer service within the shop was good and everything was arranged quickly.

We were picked up pretty efficiently and the ferry was pretty quick and so was the pick up in Hat thien thinking we were on our way to Cambodia. However, we were then dropped off at a cafe and pretty much left with no info, we were there in blistering heat for a further 3 hours were told constantly that the coach would be another 10 minutes, we later found out they had overbooked and our coach was in Cambodia still. basically for the period of having to wait in Hat thein we were used as cash cows in the cafe we were dropped off in.

eventually (4 hours later) we finally got onto a mini bus ( bear in mind this was a pretty small mini bus) and the coach driver decided to try to fit 4 extra guys into the one spare seat, I used to travelling in Asia so expect thing to not always go to plan but honestly this was a joke and got even worse when we got to the boarder and spent another 2 hours whilst the tour manager gaffed around trying to continue to fit the guys into the one available seat.

by the time we got to shinoukville it had taken over 12 hours and to be honest was the worse journey i have had, (even compared to the thai lorry taxis ).

Do your self a favour (and save a god deal of time on your hol ) book the ferry but then either get the bus from Hat thein, or get a taxi to the boarder and then get one on the cambodian boarder ( there are always taxis around (make sure they have either metre or give you a set price) or book a taxi from a good agent. it doesn't work out too much more but its much more convenient (we did this on the way back)

We booked a private boat for four hours (which ended up being 4 and a half). They picked us up at our hotel, exactly on time. We wanted the boat for snorkelling, fishing and lunch on board. Initially the tour guide talked about us going to the pearl factory and then out on the boat and then to South Beach. This wasn't what we wanted and we were very clear in telling him what we did want! This worked well and there was no problem doing what we wanted. They took us to the harbour, picked up a boat which had a lower and top deck and went out to sea. Did some fishing on lines which we all enjoyed and then went on for snorkelling which was great. They provided mask and flippers although one of the masks was broken which they were very apologetic for. Lunch was excellent. On the way out we were taken to a place in the sea where we could buy clams and crabs for lunch which we did. In hindsight, if we had been clear on what was for lunch this wasn't necessary, but they did tell us we didn't have to buy. We were served sea urchins before lunch and told they were USD1 each but that we didn't have to eat them and we didn't. Lunch included fish, chicken, pork, rice, soup, noodles, vegetables, salad and then bananas and pineapple. Water was included, beer and soft drinks were extra. /there was a toilet on the boat. Tour guide was very obliging and made sure we got what we wanted. I think you have to be very clear with them on what you want which is much easier if you are on a private tour as opposed to a group. Would definitely arrange this through them again.

Booked South Island land tour. Upon arrival we were told the minimum group numbers had not been meet - so lunch was to be cancelled - but with no reduction in our tour cost. Was driven around to organised pearl farms & shops for the touting their wears .... The worst part of the tour was all the impassable roads were full of potholes, and mud tracks not suitable for passenger cars or bumpy vans with poor suspension - the ride was so uncomfortable that it made us nauseous - even thought we had been assured by the guide the roads were Ok for cars.
When we finally reached the coconut prison it was closed for lunch ! Which was particularly poor timing on behalf of our guide. Sao beach (the highlight of the tour) was another 20mins along the potholed road - but we had to requested to turn back to the town, as it seemed we had been mislead enough, and was feed up with the ongoing over promising and disappointment.
Since our full day tour was now reduced to wasting half day been dragged around trinket outlets, and a beach we could not access, we ask for a discount and were promptly told 'no' by the guide ... And even when we phoned John the owner - he was unsympathetic to our tour disappointment and extended a miserable $5 discount ......
Take it from us - its a pure ripoff with no regard to customer disclosure or concern - worst tour company I have experienced in many years of travelling

First I like to see how they're so serious to advertise their service. I can see their brochures and signs in almost every hotel or resto in tran hung dao. Later when I tried their service and join their tours, they're so professional to handle such a group that I joined. Their time keeping, the service in overall and their staffs courtesy is very good. And need to mention : they speak English well !

We booked to go from phu quoc to phonm penhm. Told no waiting , bus straight there. I don't think so. Waited hour at ferry base, 2 and a half hours at ha dien for bus. When we all on crossed customs, interesting, then me and hubby had to wait in blistering heat for approx 40 mins. Told just us but then 3 more arrived and went via kampot which our original bus was doing anyway. Hours later, picking up numerous locals on way, arrived at outskirts where driver wanted to leave us. Had to be v forceful. Recommend you don't use, nearly 12 hours !
