This place looks better than Long Beah. The sand is finer and whiter. There is an adequate restaurant (not as good as Hieu) but some noise from waterskis (whih looked also dangerous to me).

We took a motorbike to go and visit this Island. Obviously is took us double the time to get there than come back. The way back was 30 min. We were stopping and people were pointing us the way to Sao Beach. We were there at 2h30 and there was not to much people, some part were deserted. It's just the perfect paradise beach, white sand, crystal clear water, small small waves. PERFECT! It's worth the detour.

It's a really nice beach, kind of hard to get to by motorbike, took about 45 minutes from long beach. It's really really calm and not to much to do but to eat at one of the restaurants that served normal vietnamese food that wasn't to tasty. Or lay on the white sandy beach or take a swim in the clear blue water.

Went by motorbike to Sao Beach. It was nice, but the beach was not very clean. The water was very clear.
Already a lot of restaurants so there is not a lot of space to lie down for free in the shadow.

If you go to the North East part of the island, the beaches close to the National Park are more quiet in pristine. Can advise Kiki Coconutbeach!
For that part of the island you need a motorbike, because the road is impossible for a car because of the floods in the past.
