I loss my money in hotel. They steal the money with the artifice for keep the suitcase into linen room till checkin time 2 oclock. or they steal the money from the room 103 during my absence.
always the lady manager blame to me why not lock the suitcase but never never never mention any thing about about the staff and persisting that only the two managers have the key of linen room and nobody have key for the room due to magnetic card key (how they clean the room?)
My opinion is that every body covers everthing and everybody covering everybody due to working as team for sharing the money. and also every body are in the team of confidence game.

in police station 4 when i went they did not show any interesting. just blame me why i was not lock my suitcase.

the swimming pool is really clean.
the towels are really clean, big, thick.
lighting in the room below average.
noisy at day time due to some noisy machine (generator?). not happen night time
malfuctional the tap of shoer.

Room Tip: not prefer 103. noicy and malfuctional the shower. low lighting

Had a pleasant stay at DM Residente for less than p1200. It's located 3 blocks down Teodoro St and a block to the right. The top of Teodoro is across from Jollibee and has a grocery store, drug store / mart, and 7-11. It's a a 5-10 minute walk to Fields. Although there's not much around DM, it's fairly well lit and safe to walk at all hours of the night.

DM consists of two main buildings. Stay in the main building, the adjacent building has no wifi coverage. Both buildings have the same amenities, but the standard rooms in the main building are slightly larger. I've stayed in the Standard, Junior Suite, and Suite. The only differences are the size of the room, I prefer the Junior Suites on the 2nd floor. The Standard rooms on the first floor receive little sunlight and are mosquito infested.

The aircon is cold, there's a p25 / kg laundry across the street, has daily room cleaning and free soap and shampoo. Room cleaning isn't automatic, hang the sign on your door all day - staff clean rooms until the evening. Never had security issues and all the staff were very accommodating and friendly.

The pool is cleaned daily but I didn't feel it was clean. The wifi reaches the the rooms on the left side on the pool, nearest the restaurant. The aircon is cold. The TV is really small. I don't watch TV but it may matter to others. Don't know what type of channels are on.

I had to switch rooms, an inconvenience. I didn't have a reservation though. The rooms are mostly quiet, except for annoying alerts when people don't close their doors. It happens frequently at all hours of the night.

Overall, I feel it's the best value for the money near Perimeter for p1200 and under.

The staff were unaccomodating. We were placed in a suite room beside a generator and the fumes went inside our room because they had to turn it on. So our room reeked of smoke. We had to contact the manager 4 times before they opted to clean the room. I hope they give their staff proper training so as not to hassle future clients.

I stayed in this hotel for nearly 5 weeks and did not have a single problem, the air con in my 1st room was loud so they moved me straight away no issues, my room was 103 it was massive, cleaned very day no extra cost ,food in restaurant also good, guests allowed to stay also with no problems, i have stayed in many hotels in ac but this is the best by a mile, the rates have just gone up but you still get discount for longer stays, defintaely return again,

Service was bad, staff was awful. They tried to cheat us all the time and asked for unreasonable prices. There was also no cleaning service. You have to pay if you want them to clean your room, change your towel, etc.
